Three Swiss-made automatic watches that bring innovation, expertise and value together

Sealander: three go-anywhere, do-everything timepieces that blur the lines between work, leisure and adventure.

A titanium chronometer, the C63 Sealander Elite; a fixed-bezel GMT, the C63 Sealander GMT, and a temptingly priced self-winder, the C63 Sealander Automatic.

Engineered for every season. Perfect for every occasion.

The spirit of
Sealander

Purity in watch form – and the very essence of Sealander.
Contemporary sports-explorer design. A gorgeous lacquered dial. And an esteemed Swiss mechanical movement. Everything you need.
Nothing you don’t.

Details at
every glance

On a watch, clarity is everything. Which is why the hands and indexes on the C63 Sealander Automatic have been top-brushed and polished – adding legibility and depth to its beautifully proportioned dial.

Engineered for
accuracy

If you know watchmaking, you’ll know Sellita – masters of the mechanical movement. That’s why we’ve used the Sellita SW200-1 to power the C63 Sealander Automatic. It won’t let you down.

Accessible – and
unforgettable

The most surprising thing about the C63 Sealander Automatic is not the high level of finishing. Or its combination of sophisticated design and Swiss engineering. But the fact that it is so accessible.

What the press say about the
C63 Sealander Automatic

“For £595 in the case of Christopher Ward’s new C63 Sealander Automatic, you get an immaculately made Swiss watch driven by Sellita’s ultra-reliable SW200 three-hand with date movement in a package likely to pass Rolex’s quality control.”
– Rob Corder

“The C63 Sealander Automatic excels at illustrating the kind of fine detail and precision finishing that few, if any, competitors can offer at similar price points.”
– James Buttery

“The Christopher Ward C63 Auto employs the brand’s Light-catcher case, secure to 150m/15ATM. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – this is one of the best watch cases I’ve ever seen and handled on an affordable watch.”
– Joshua Clare-Flagg

Elite: better
by design

The C63 Sealander Elite lives up to its name in every way. From the genious pop-out crown – press it, and it magically appears – to the beautifully balanced dial and 40mm Light-catcher™ case, everything is on-point. And thanks to its Swiss chronometer movement, it’ll never let you down.

King of crowns

Looking for a little wonder in your life? Then check the Elite’s ingenious pop-out crown. Push it – and it magically appears. When you’re done, press it back. It’s as simple and beautiful as that (we won’t blame you if this becomes a habit). Only three watches in the world have a crown like this. And you’re looking at one of them.

Elite accuracy

The Sellita SW200 COSC movement has all the toughness of the non-chronometer original but has been engineered so it’s in the top six percent of Swiss movements for accuracy.

So light. So strong

The Elite’s Light-catcher™ case is not only graceful, but it’s crafted from Grade 2 titanium. The result is a watch-head that weighs just 45g. You may forget you’re wearing it. Until you look down.

Open all hours

To reduce the weight of the watch further, our engineers cut out ‘windows’ around the dial, which help you see directly through the watch. Less weight. More vision. It’s Elite all over.

What the press say about the
C63 Sealander Elite

“With the Elite, CW continues to demonstrate that they can innovate and create watches in line with larger luxury houses, but at prices that are far more approachable.”
– Zach Weiss

“Most impressive of the Sealander collection is the top-level Elite, with only a tiny handful of similar crowns exist elsewhere – like on the $48,600 Omega Aqua Terra Ultra Light – but never has one been produced anywhere near this price level.”
– Jonny Brayson

“The C63 Elite looks to be one of the most interesting entry-level releases of the year so far (sorry NOMOS).”
– Patrick Gilbertson

Movement mastery

The C63 Sealander GMT is the first watch in the world to carry Sellita’s SW330-2 GMT calibre. An update on the original SW330, it lets you monitor two time zones at once. The 106-piece movement delivers serious enhancements to the GMT function – as well as a 33% increase in the power reserve to 56 hours.

Dial it up

Available in both black and white, the dial plays host to a beautiful handset – including a bright orange ‘GMT’ hand – deep filled with Super-LumiNova® Grade X1 BL C1 for visibility after dark.

Smoothly does it

A criticism of the first Sellita SW330 was the jerkiness of the GMT hand as it was adjusted. But those days are over. Because the new SW330-2 has a super-smooth action that makes changing time zones exceptionally satisfying.

What the press say about
the C63 Sealander GMT

“Sure, the bezel and large orange GMT hand make this model clearly derivative of a certain watch by a certain brand, but just ask yourself, which is available, which is 39mm, and which is under $1,000?”
– Zach Weiss

“My daily wear watch is a 2015 TAG Heuer Aquaracer 41mm and as it’s similarly specced to the GMT and Auto watches, I found myself comparing them - often with the Sealander’s coming out favourably (legibility, clasp, case finishing). It then struck me that the Aquaracer retailed for twice the price of the new Sealander watches showing the impeccable value for money offered by them.”
– Patrick Gilbertson

“If you are thinking about a GMT, you’d be a fool not to have this near the top of your list.”
– Mike Razak
